Care Credit

Credit check required along with co-signer and verbal proof of income. Must have credit score of 600 or higher to qualify.

Afterpay

 No credit check required. Must set up online account with preferred bi-weekly payment method. Payments will be withdrawn over 4 equal payments every 2 weeks. Down payment required.
